If, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items unused, in original packaging within 30 days of purchase for refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery charges).

We are unable to refund postage costs for returns, unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect.

In the case of clothing purchases, please be aware that items will incur a $10 dry cleaning fee should the item be returned marked with make-up, deodorant or any other visible stain.
- No refunds or exchanges will be offered for products that have had tags removed, have been worn or washed.
- No refunds or exchanges will be offered on products or any garments where the packaging has been damaged.
- Allanson Souvenirs is not responsible for freight or customs costs in returning the items to our warehouse, except where the goods are deemed faulty in which case Allanson Souvenirs will cover any postage costs. - No refunds or payments will be made in respect to customs charges or taxes incurred as part of an international return. As per our shipping policy, Allanson Souvenirs are not liable for any customs charges or duties
- No refunds will be offered for freight costs where there the goods are returned but are not deemed faulty. In these cases, only the costs of the goods will be refunded.
- Refunds will only be made by the original payment method, and in the case of credit cards only back to the original card. Items for return should be kept in a smoke-free environment as returns will be refused on items that are returned smelling of tobacco smoke.
- No refunds or exchanges will be processed after 30 days.
