Hat was fine but one of the other products was sent in a torn box.

I am sure I sent you email regarding this but I have not heard back.. The order was sent to my daughter’s place in Melbourne and it was not opened until I opened it on the 6th April to distribute the gifts between 2 overseas family members. Imagine my surprise when I took out the Australian Animals coasters and the box was torn in 2 places. I was terribly embarrassed to give this to my overseas family member when it was their first time to Australia.
